Chef Dan Lemire is a 1980 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has lived in Orange County since 1989 and is married with three children. He co-owned Monroe Bagels and Deli after moving to this area and worked in that business for twelve years. After leaving the deli he decided to branch out on his own and Chumley's BBQ was formed.
