Chumley's Gluten-Free Menu



Amazing time, amazing food. I hired Chumleys BBQ to cater my wife's 40th Birthday and they were GREAT. The food was spot on and everyone raved the next day. I asked them to do grilled skewers - shrimp, steak, veggie and other items off the menu. Very flexible and they obliged. They pointed me to their website which has a catering video and an extended catering menu. I had no idea that they had two CIA (Cullinary Insitute of America) graduates as chefs. At the end of the party the servers even cleaned my kitchen and took out the trash. As promised I was truly a guest at my own party and me and my wife were able to enjoy ALL the moments. Chef Dan Lemire is a 1980 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has lived in Orange County since 1989 and is married with three children. He co-owned Monroe Bagels and Deli after moving to this area and worked in that business for twelve years. After leaving the deli he decided to branch out on his own and Chumley's BBQ was formed.
